The books not over....
Just a new chapter.
As I sit here at the old shop, reminiscing, after making tattoos here for the past 10 years, it`s a pretty somber feeling. Im excited for what lies ahead, and grateful for the amazing times and absolute magic that has been created in this building. But regardless, I`m still a little sad to go.
Life is wild and unpredictable, but Im once again going with my gut. It has worked for me thus far, gotta stay the course. As hard as leaving comfort can be.... the excitement and energy of a new shop, new building, and new location is what I think I`ve been missing.
I needed a new challenge. I needed a new goal.
So far, I`ve met it.
Is it fate? I dunno. Maybe. Manifest destiny?!? Possibly. All I do know, is that im incredibly fortunate to have the people in my life that push me, and support my crazy dreams and goals. Without them, none of this would be possible.
I love tattooing, probably too much at times. But one this is for certain, it has provided. Both good and bad, but whatever is neccessary at the times they`re needed. Tattooing can raise you up and boost your ego, or crush you down and humble you real quick. It gives you what you give back. You just have to listen ....
I look forward to the future, and the new ABSOLUTE MAGIC that we will share with the world, at Vatican Tattoo Studio.

Vatican Tattoo Delray is RELOCATING!!!
After 10 amazing years in Pineapple Grove, we are moving on. The new location in just 4 blocks away, on 6th Ave.
Bigger, cheaper, cooler, and better driving traffic. It was meant to be. Free standing building, built in 1950, with style for miles, and our own parking lot.
We will keep all of our clients in the loop as far as when we are officially in the new place. We couldn`t do it without all of you. We look forward to making more solid tattoos, and great memories in our new location!!

when @torafloraplants reminds me of that time I found grown adults talking shit about my handwriting on #reddit 😂😂😂 …then they also bruised @rootedrarities ego ((not really😂😂😂)) we found it pretty amusing. ((I keep forgetting to post…)) this month marks my 20th YEAR OF TATTOOING!! And what a wild and fun ride it’s been so far… ((minus the major cervical spine surgery last August thanks partially to abusing my body doing what I love 😹😹😹)) Not too many people know I actually started tattooing 30 years ago while in college at University of New Haven. I decided to apply to my dream school, University of Miami in April for the fall. If I didn’t get accepted, I was going to quit school and continue tattooing. I got accepted in 4 weeks, so it changed my whole path in life and I packed my bags and headed to Coral Gables, FL. Long story short, I became a Correction Officer… then Graphic Designer… then Mural Artist… then back to Tattoo Artist 10 whole years later!! It’s been a blast working and learning from some amazing artists/ coworkers/ friends by my side. And equally exciting tattooing and spending time with each and every one of my great clients new and old!! ((…I won’t bring up the couple of shitty ones 😹😹😹)) These last 20 years have allowed me to tattoo so many family and friends and even my friend’s kids who I’ve known since they were born… wild to fathom!! All over the country from CT to FL to CA. Around the world to Italy and Switzerland to Canada and even to Cuba 2 times!! I hope I have at least 20 more years in me!!
