Toys for Tats: Vatican Tattoo’s Holiday Charity Event in Delray Beach
On Saturday, December 13th, Vatican Tattoo hosted its 1st Annual
Toys for Tats charity event in Delray Beach, trading ink for
holiday generosity. Clients from all over the area brought in new,
unwrapped toys in exchange for tattoo vouchers valid on a series of
specially discounted designs available that day.
From the minute the doors opened until late after hours, the crew tattooed
non-stop, keeping every station buzzing. Our artists painted more than a
dozen pages of hand-drawn flash that were available exclusively during the
event, giving clients a wide range of custom options while they supported
local families.
By the end of the day, Vatican Tattoo had completed over 40 tattoos and
collected more than $3,000 worth of toys for children in need across
Delray Beach. All donations were picked up by the Delray Beach Police
Department and distributed within the community to help make the holidays
brighter for local kids.
The entire Vatican Tattoo team is overwhelmed by the generosity and
support shown by clients, friends, and neighbors. After the success of
this first Toys for Tats charity tattoo event, plans are already underway
to make next year’s fundraiser even bigger, better, and more impactful
for Delray Beach.
